Acquired in 2023, and incorporated into the YES Marine Group, a strategic move that increases its clout and allows for further professionalization and internationalization of all activities.
In line with these international ambitions, the company names were also changed:
- Bartholomeeussen BV became Antwerp Naval Repairs B.V.
- Barge Cranes Construction Engineering Bartholomeeussen BV became Barge Cranes Belgium B.V.
